Sample tiles first are important to order before committing to a purchase, we know it is important to know what you are buying before doing so. Whilst you are searching our eBay website for the tiles to suit your home design, please be aware of colour variation via the monitor, The colour on the screen could be different to the physical tile. This is why we always recommend viewing a sample first. All samples tiles are FREE and include free next day delivery, so free to order multiple different samples.
All sample orders that are placed online or over the phone or email are sent on a free of charge next day delivery service, if ordered before 4pm. Please let us know if there are any special instructions at the checkout stage, within the comment box.

Yes you can, simply click the link below and submit a change request and we
will be happy to modify your order. Or call us or email us along with your order number and we will be happy to do this for you.
To avoid any further delays, we recommend you make any changes to your order
at the time of placing the order or within the first 2 weeks of placing the order.
If you’re renovating your home, or haven’t moved in yet - we would be delighted to hold onto your order for up to 3 months. During this time, your order will be wrapped and stored in a controlled environment. If you would like to delay delivery, call or email us with your order reference and we will be happy to set this up for you.
It is unfortunatley not possible to specify a delivery date at the time of ordering, using our free delivery option. If however you need delivery on a specific date, we can arrange this for you at cost price. Please contact us for more information.
