will be happy to modify your order. Or call us or email us along with your order number and we will be happy to do this for you.

To avoid any further delays, we recommend you make any changes to your order
at the time of placing the order or within the first 2 weeks of placing the order.

If you’re renovating your home, or haven’t moved in yet - we would be delighted to hold onto your order for up to 3 months. During this time, your order will be wrapped and stored in a controlled environment. If you would like to delay delivery, call or email us with your order reference and we will be happy to set this up for you.

It is unfortunatley not possible to specify a delivery date at the time of ordering, using our free delivery option. If however you need delivery on a specific date, we can arrange this for you at cost price. Please contact us for more information.

Every item has its own delivery time, please refer to the item description section for more details.

Once an order is ready we will call the customer to book a delivery date with them.

if you order Sofas, customer will be updated frequently via Email and SMS during the productions and shipping processes

You are welcome to come and view our sofas at our warehouse which is Located in Birmingham (B6 7RT). Visits are by appointment only

Cash On Delivery - ONLLY £100 deposit required for none bespoke orders, remaining balance can be cash or bank transfer on delivery. more info

for bespoke orders we require 40% deposit.

We offer finance on all orders through our partners at Dividebuy. If you'd like to pay for your order with finance, simply select "Dividebuy" at checkout.

At the moment, we don't deliver ourselves outside of the UK.

However you're more than welcome to source a shipping agent for collection from our factory. We can deliver to any UK shipping agent on your behalf as part of our free delivery service.

Yes, we offer free fabric samples exclusively for our sofa collections. You can request a sample by clicking the Link below, which allows you to see and feel the fabric before placing your order. Samples are sent free of charge by post.
